The members of ehsso are aware we do not know the DAY-TO-DAY work life of a nurse or physician in south sudan. we know that we cannot relate if we had 100 malnourished patients under a tent needing critical help on top of a grassy, muddy field to refer to as a “clinic“. no decontaminated surface in sight.
We are more than ready to help serve the people in South Sudan, but most importantly, learn and grow with them.
Equip for Hope in South Sudan Organization is dedicated to transforming healthcare in South Sudan by providing vital medical supplies, supporting community health initiatives, and fostering resilience and hope. Through holistic health teaching collaborations with local clinics in the Raleigh Triangle Area, we empower individuals and communities to lead healthier, sustainable lives.
Equip for Hope in South Sudan Organization envisions a future where quality healthcare is accessible to all in South Sudan, significantly reducing maternal and infant mortality rates. Together, we strive to build a robust healthcare infrastructure that nurtures both physical and emotional well-being, creating lasting change and hope for the future.
Our eight core values are Resilience, Community, Hope, Collaboration, Compassion, Access, Empathy, and Sustainability.
